1. E-mail sales@americancng.com or Call 855-264-8265 to receive an RMA #.
2. Fill out this form.
3. Once completed, print the RMA form with the link provided. RMA PDF Form Version (Print and Send).
4. Attach a copy of the printed RMA form to the inside AND outside of the package or pallet.
5. We must receive the returned package within two weeks of issuing you an RMA number.

Note: A return authorization is required. Packages returned to us without the Return Authorization Form enclosed will be rejected and returned to you.

 All shipping costs will be prepaid by the Customer. Customer understands that all products need to be securely packaged/palletized in order to protect the items during shipping. Any additional damage due to poor packaging - but not due to mishandling by the shipping company - will be deducted from the customers exchange/refund value.
